We are here to make your event experience as simple and easy as possible so if any of your questions are not answered here feel free to send us an email.

IS THERE A COVID SAFTEY PLAN?

Hunter Events has a comprehensive Covid Safety Plan in place. The safety of our guests, attendees, suppliers and staff is our main priority. All exhibitors also have their own Covid Safety Plan.

Social distancing is highly encouraged, there will be set markers to help guide you through the event.

All exhibitors, demonstrations and stalls will be spaced apart.

Hand sanitiser will be provided and encouraged throughout the venue

Covid Safety Marshalls will patrol the area to ensure everyone is participating safely

DO I NEED TO PURCHASE TICKETS?

Yes! Head over to our tickets page to grab yours! Children under 16 are free! (Must have a Children’s ticket and be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian).  

CAN CHILDREN ATTEND THE EVENT?

We welcome absolutely everyone at our family friendly event and we'd love for your children to attend. All Children under 16yo will obtain free entry and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Our event is also pram friendly.  

CAN I PURCHASE GOODS?

Some of our vendors sell products at their stalls, and some have free samples. There are exhibitors and market stalls all selling their products available to purchase on the day. Most of the suppliers have EFTPOS facilities.

CAN I BRING PETS?

We love fur babies too but unless they're a registered service companion unfortunately no animals will be allowed entry.

DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKETS?

No, we can use our check in system to scan your tickets via your phone or device.  

ARE THERE ANY PRIZES TO BE WON?

Yes, we have an amazing charity raffle with awesome prizes to be won. Stay tuned for more details closer to the event.

WILL I NEED TO BRING CASH? ARE THERE ATMs? 

There will not be ATM’s at the event. If you prefer to use cash, please bring it with you. We encourage you to use EFTPOS as a contactless payment option.

CAN I BRING FOOD INTO THE EVENT?

No food will be allowed into the venue, however there will be food available to purchase on the day. A list of dietary friendly stalls will be available at our information station on the day.
